State 2879 Non-Aggression Pact (NAP) Rules
These rules are followed by all alliances within State 2879 to maintain fairness, cooperation, and long-term stability. Violations may lead to state-level consequences.

No Attacks on NAP or Academy Cities

Under no circumstances may any member or alliance attack a city belonging to NAP or its Academy members cities.

Respect for All

Disrespect or harassment based on race, gender, religion, or any other personal attribute is strictly forbidden.

No Unauthorized Academy Facility Battles

Members of original NAP alliances are prohibited from joining or initiating facility battles under Academy alliances without explicit approval.

Decision-Making & Voting Process

NAP operates via a democratic, equal-vote system.

All alliance-related issues must be addressed and resolved within 24 hours.

If an alliance fails to respond within that timeframe, it automatically forfeits its voting rights on that matter.

Protection Agreements

Each NAP alliance may designate and protect only one other alliance at any given time.

NAP Leadership & Tiebreakers

MIMI of LIT serves as NAP President and is responsible for breaking any voting ties.

BIA Attack Limitations

During a BIA event, alliances are allowed a maximum of two attacks per city.

Alliance tiles function as protected safe zones. Cities positioned on their own alliance tiles may not be attacked under any circumstances.

Rally attacks remain permitted within the normal rules.
